Call to Worship

Gathering Songs

Lord Most High

From the ends of the earth,

From the depths of the sea

From the heights of the heavens,

Your name be praised

From the hearts of the weak,

From the shouts of the strong

From the lips of all people,

This song we raise, Lord

Throughout the endless ages,

You will be crowned with praises,

Lord most High

Exalted in every nation

Sovereign of all Creation,

Lord most High, be magnified (Repeat from beginning)

Be magnified

Corporate Prayer of Confession

O God of compassion, our heavenly Father, in Jesus Christ you did not disdain the company of sinners but welcomed them with love. Look upon us in mercy, we pray. Our sins are more than we can bear; our pasts enslave us; our misdeeds are beyond correcting. Forgive the wrongs we cannot undo; free us from a past we cannot change; heal what we can no longer fix. Fill our lives with your grace, forgiveness, and power, and turn our tears of sorrow into tears of joy; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Private Confession

Words of Encouragement

For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him

Psalm 103:11-13

Song of Reflection

You Revive Me

Chorus: You revive me. You revive me, Lord.

And all my deserts are rivers of joy.

You are the treasure I could not afford

So I’ll spend myself ‘til I’m empty and poor

All for You, You revive me, Lord.

Lord, I have seen Your goodness and I know the way You are.

Give me eyes to see You in the dark

And Your face shines a glory that I only know in part

And there is still a longing, a longing in my heart. Chorus

My soul, O Lord is thirsty; only You can satisfy

You’re the well that never will run dry

And I’ll praise You for the blessing, for calling me Your friend

And in Your name I’m lifting, I’m lifting up my hands Chorus

Benediction

Parting Song of Praise

You Revive Me (Chorus)

You revive me. You revive me, Lord.

And all my deserts are rivers of joy.

You are the treasure I could not afford

So I’ll spend myself ‘til I’m empty and poor

All for You, You revive me, Lord.
